Most of your day will be spent tutoring middle or high school students in small groups or one-on-one in math and/or in English. These tutorial periods are structured class periods where you will be leading instruction or activities with your assigned tutorial groups 4 times per week. You will also take part in secondary projects that directly impact the academic achievements of students. These projects may include providing in-class or curriculum support, organizing or leading after school clubs or working with our culture team. Roles are decided by matching Tutor Corps Members’ skills, strengths, preferences and career goals with the needs of the school.
